Scope of Services
NexifyAd offers professional digital marketing and development services, including:
Web Development: Accessible, intuitive, and personalized websites that will suit the purpose of your enterprise.
Facebook Ads and Google Ads: They need strategic advertising for maximum coverage, lead generation, and conversion.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The broader approaches to attaining better rankings for the websites and attracting traffic.
Graphic Designing: Browse professional branding and logo, banner designs and many other designs.
Social Media Management (SMM): Tactics for increasing interest and increasing the platform following.
Payment Terms
50% Advance Payment: Clients must contribute half of the total project cost before the services start executing.
50% Final Payment: The other half should be paid after completion of the project and before accepting the final milestones.
The users can easily make payments through bank transfer, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and other modes if approved.
This means that in case any of these payments is delayed, the services may be terminated or even suspended.
Payments are not refundable until it is agreed so fully in writing.
Client Obligations
Sustain the detail current and adequate for realizing the venture as stated.
Ensure the organization follows the law when disseminating its content and any material and that it does not infringe on other people’s rights.
Make sure that you work with NexifyAd during the time of the project so that there will be no problems and delays.
Confidentiality
Any information received from clients or any other working detail involved in project will not be disclosed to any third party without the owner’s consent.
NexifyAd can sometimes prove beneficial for portfolio or other promotional purposes for which our consent has not been prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights
Each project deliverable belongs to the domain of NexifyAd for a particular project until the payment has been made in full.
At the last stage of the payment, all the deliverables will be handed over to the client while third-party tools and resources will not be transferred.
The client is however prohibited from reproducing, reselling or sharing any proprietary method or processes that may have been offered by NexifyAd.
Vendor and Service Offerings, Limitations and Exclusions
NexifyAd bears no responsibility for losses, penalties, damages, or expenses caused by use, including but not limited to.ServiceModel does not have responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred from the utilization of the services.
This means that we don’t offer any guarantees on the KPIs or results because Google and Facebook for instance can change their policies or introduce new algorithms overnight.
The use of third-party services includes, hosting service providers, and payment processing gateways and such delays are unpredictable.
Termination Policy
Either NexifyAd or the client is free to terminate the agreement without any notice at any one particular time.
The subtotal is based upon the progress of the contract in the case of termination, where all work up to that point will be billed, and money already paid will not be returned.
The client is supposed to pay all the outstanding balances upon termination of the service.
Policies: Refund And Cancellation
Refunds are only accorded when NexifyAd has not fulfilled the contracted work as agreed by the client.
Cancellations are to be provided in writing and clients will be charged based on the work completed.
Limitation of Liability
NexifyAd’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for the particular service as outlined ahead.
Any harm caused by the content provided by the client itself, misuse of the obtained materials, or the client’s failure to follow instructions is not our concern.
APA’s Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Such terms are governed by Indian Laws.
Any controversy, disagreement or claim of any nature whatsoever arising out of these terms shall be referred and brought to the courts of [Gurugram, Haryana], India.
Amendments
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by NexifyAd and the user agrees that NexifyAd may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to the user. The change will be communicated by e-mail notification or on the Internet site.
